I believe it's very easy to create community, support those who can use our help, and build meaningful bonds simply on the basis of a desire to help others. The core values of family can be extended outwards and community support does not have to be complicated if there is a will to do so or a constant desire to always want to get something in return.

Charity of The Month:  Month of May is the Rotary Club Urban Spirits

We have dedicated our Monday 7pm classes to offer our studio, time and effort to raise money for local charities. We help you promote the event and get your support and network base excited about trying something new just to help our your cause. Call us if you'd like to organize and event and we'll do our best to help you. Here's a list of folks we've helped out:

-Lethbridge Sports Council, The Humane Society, The Boys and Girls Club, The Rotary Club Urban Spirits, The Southern Alberta Arts Council, The Women's Center, Lethbridge Family Services, Toys for Tots and more.
Lethbridge School District Childer's Yoga Program and School Teacher's Yoga Program

Our teacher's are activity involved piloting the introduction of yoga within the school district. Kira Lawrence and Lenore Lindeman are two beautiful ladies who are teacher's themselves and have been inspired to give their time to inspire others through Yoga.
Lethbridge Women's Correctional Facility

The road to recovery is sometimes long and hard. However it does not mean support and empathy should be limited to those who may need it most. Yoga Rituals is now providing a healing opportunity through yoga classes to those who need a second chance.
