You certainly don’t have to jump into the yoga ocean all at once. The list of things you can do through Yoga and Ayurveda is vast. Through our experience, knowledge, and insight we try to provide you an easily accessible place to start. We'll teach you what we know and if we can not help you directly then link you to others who can.

Both will help you pay attention to the subtleties of your body’s physical characteristics and its connection with your personal and mental tendencies.
Wellness: A balanced health promoting ritual includes practices and approaches to address psychological and spiritual health, as well as intellectual and emotional health. The link between body and mind is unquestionable. This perspective is intrinsic to the purpose and science of Yoga and Ayurveda. Yoga and Ayurveda practices have been systematically developed to address the needs of the internal aspect of wellness. They help you attain peace, mental calm and happiness on top of physical fitness. These practices are some of the most effective and oldest methods in the world proven time after time. They have been developed to help individuals achieve total well-being.
Balanced Transformation®: Change is a natural process in life. There is an inherent drive to seek or inhibit change based on your dreams and desires, goals and perceptions.
